Custom Tailgate Trailer
A ground-up custom trailer transformation built for the ultimate tailgate experience. From structural modifications and a completely redesigned interior to off-grid power, entertainment, connectivity and custom finishes, this build turned an empty trailer into a fully equipped mobile entertainment space.
01 — Structure & Layout
We started by building the foundation for the new space, including a custom concession door, two exterior compartment doors, interior framing, custom walls and flooring, and the structural modifications needed to support the finished design.
02 — Power, Climate & Technology
The trailer was equipped for serious off-grid capability with solar panels, two 600Ah lithium batteries, an inverter, shore power and 12V HVAC. Starlink, LED lighting and the supporting electrical systems were integrated throughout the build.
03 — Custom Interior & Entertainment
Next came the features that turned the trailer into a tailgate destination: custom cabinetry and bar, two Bodega coolers, ice makers, two 55-inch TVs, custom lighting and purpose-built storage and entertainment areas.
04 — Finishing & Exterior Design
The final stage brought the entire concept together with custom painting, finished walls and flooring, detail work throughout the interior, and a custom-designed and installed exterior wrap—creating a one-of-a-kind trailer from the inside out.
